Executive Pastor of Student Ministries
Cornerstone Church
Chandler, Arizona
Lead the entire next generation at Cornerstone, from 5th grade through young adults, from a seat on the lead team.
Why we love this opportunity…
Every week, 850+ students and young adults move through four distinct experiences at Cornerstone: the 5th and 6th grade transition program, middle school, high school, and a Thursday-night young adults community of about 250.
This role leads all of it. You’ll shape the vision and the team behind every one of those environments, lead and develop the Youth Pastor and the Young Adults Pastor, and help steward Phoenix Youth Con, the largest youth conference in the Southwest, which brings 1,000 to 1,400 students to Cornerstone every January.
You’ll serve on Cornerstone’s lead team, reporting to the Lead Pastor, and, for the right leader, teach on weekends. We’re not afraid of someone with a future church plant or lead pastor role in them. If that’s you, this is a place to grow into it.

A Collaborative Executive – You bring real insight to Cornerstone’s lead team and speak into how ministry fits together across the whole church.
A Gifted Communicator – You can hold a weekend room. When the opportunity comes to teach, you’re ready.
