How a search works.
01 Preparation
We start with conversations: the hiring manager and the team this leader will join. From that we build a Position Profile that tells your church’s story well, and it becomes the asset candidates see on our Public searches.
02 Process
We search nationally, including leaders who aren’t looking, and vet every one for competency, culture and chemistry. You see only candidates worth your time, usually within six weeks, and we keep you posted along the way.
03 Placement
We support your organization’s internal hiring protocols through the interviews, the offer and the final details. Your church runs its standard background check, and we assist with any additional due diligence.
04 Protection
Every placement carries a 24-month replacement guarantee. If your new leader leaves within two years, we run a new search at no additional fee. It’s the strongest guarantee in church staffing.
