Our fee is 25% of the role’s first-year base compensation (salary plus housing allowance, if offered): half when the search begins, and the balance when your candidate signs their offer. No hidden charges.

In almost every search, you’ll be interviewing qualified, vetted candidates within six weeks. From there, the pace depends on your interview process, and we’ll keep things moving.

We encourage every church to run its standard hiring protocols on every finalist, including the background check it already uses for all new staff. We’re glad to support any additional due diligence, like extended reference conversations or a review of ministry history, always with the candidate’s knowledge and consent.

Yes. We serve evangelical and non-denominational churches of every stream, and we’ve placed leaders in multisite churches across the country. Confidential searches are normal for us; if you’re replacing someone who hasn’t been told yet, we know how to handle that with care.
