Cornerstone is a church of about 6,000 in Chandler, Arizona, with a large venue and a creative arts team across worship, production and video. The team and the venue are here. The systems and the volunteer culture are yours to build.
Your first priority is the A-Series: Anchor Series, Christmas at Cornerstone and Easter, the moments the whole church plans around. Week to week, you’ll shape the creative side of the weekend experience: the creative elements in worship and what helps the message land, from series look and illustrations to props and visuals. You’ll work closely with Pastor Linn, the teaching team and the worship team.
You’ll also lead creative for Cornerstone’s six Tier 1 events, including the S2 Conference and Phoenix Youth Con, which brings 1,000 to 1,400 students to campus every January. If you love taking an idea from the whiteboard all the way to the room, let’s talk.

If you’re a worship leader at heart, there’s room for that here. The right candidate could step onto the platform and lead, bringing a musician’s instincts to how the whole service flows.
If production is your first language, that’s a gift too. Lights, cameras, sound and stage are tools you already speak, and you’ll know how to push a world class venue to its full potential.
Most likely, you’re some of both. You think like an artist, lead like a pastor and understand how every piece of the room works together. Whatever your strongest gift is, Cornerstone wants all of it.

You recruit, develop and rally staff and volunteers, spot people’s gifts and give them room to lead. You keep a busy team moving from brainstorm to deployment without burning anyone out.
A Chief Collaborator
You lead brainstorms and planning sessions with ministry leaders across the church, not just the creative team, and turn a room full of ideas into one clear plan, on time and on budget.
