Most youth pastors spend years building toward a room this size. At Cornerstone, 600 to 1,000 students show up every week across three distinct experiences, from the 5th and 6th grade transition program all the way through high school.
The first priority is middle school, the years when kids decide whether their faith is their own. This role owns that window. It also plays a key part in Phoenix Youth Con, the largest youth conference in the Southwest, which brings 1,000 to 1,400 students from churches across the region to Cornerstone every January.
If you light up around 11-to-14-year-olds and want a platform that reaches far beyond one church, this is your seat.

About Cornerstone Church
Cornerstone is a large, established, Bible-teaching church of about 6,000 people in Chandler, in Phoenix’s fast-growing East Valley. It’s part of the Converge network and committed to Real Answers to Life. True to God’s Word.
