A Gifted Preacher – The ideal candidate will be someone who is a very strong communicator. They will have an identifiable teaching gift and be able to move their audience towards response and action.

A Strategic Developer – The ideal candidate will be someone who sees the big picture clearly. They will have a deep understanding of the systems and programs it takes to sustain a world class Student Ministry.

A Ministry Savant – The ideal candidate will be someone who has been doing it at a high level. They will have spent time leading in a context of similar size and scope.

A Church Sponge – The ideal candidate will be someone who has their pulse on what’s working in Church today. They will also have a tendency to think outside of the box and approach ministry in a way that resonates with the world we live in.
