One of the greatest areas of potential growth is an increased focus on the relationship and synergy with the k-12 private christian school, Christ Chapel Academy, housed on site during the week. 10% of the current students enrolled are connected to the church on the weekends. The right next leader will jump in and prioritize the connection between the Academy and the weekend church services.

A Collaborative Leader – The ideal candidate will be someone who makes decisions in a timely manner that reflects the vision and values of the organization. They will bring perspective and experience that brings clarity and insight to the rest of the Christ Chapel ministry team.

A Leader’s Pastor – The ideal candidate will be someone who is a steady team manager and proven mentor to other ministry leader and volunteers. They will have the ability to pull the most out of their personnel while also creating an environment that builds consensus, symmetry and integration across the team.
