Position Description 

A Strategic Developer – The ideal candidate will be someone who sees the big picture clearly. They will have a deep understanding of the systems, pathways and programs it takes to maintain a world class ministry infrastructure.

A Decisive Leader – The ideal candidate will be someone who makes decisions in a timely manner that reflects the vision values of the organization. They will design clear courses of action and implement steps with measurable goals that move the Finance Team forward.

A Collaborative Executive  – The ideal candidate will be someone who brings immense insight and value to the Executive Leadership team at Cornerstone. They will have the ability to speak in to the global ministry integration of the organization at large.

What You Will Do

• Recruit, hire and lead the Finance team in the following: Budgeting and forecasting, financial statements and reporting, Payables and expense card reconciliation, Petty cash management, managing online processor relationships, monitoring all finance department communications, work with our outside vendor for all accounting/finance functions.

• Recruit, hire and lead the Facilities team through regular maintenance, event support and weekend ministries support of set up, repair, working with contractors, etc.

• Recruit, hire and lead our IT internally and vendors to support ministries in compiling data, communicating, and moving our congregation to being fully devoted followers of Jesus.
