Church Description
Cornerstone Church is a large, established bible teaching, multi site church of 7,000 with locations in Chandler and Scottsdale, East Valley Suburbs of Phoenix. The church has been committed to being A Church Where People Gather To Find Real Answers For More Life. The organization is a member of the Converge Network of churches with a strong desire to give Real Answers to Life. True to God’s Word.
The next Executive Pastor of Ministries will be a member of the Executive Team and will serve essentially as the Chief of Staff to Founding and Lead Pastor, Linn Winters. The right candidate will already be a thought leader in all things ministry related, able to take a strong team even further.
The tools that the next Executive Pastor of Ministries will inherit are strong across the board. The style of the weekend experience and organizational brand is current, vibrant and engaging. The ministry model is built to be menu driven with multiple entrance points for those who call Cornerstone home to engage in their next steps. There is a strong value in creating weekend experiences where God’s Word is taught in a way that is practicable and relevant while also setting up clear calls-to-action each and every weekend. The right next leader will need to be an established, winning coach. Someone deeply integrated and experienced in moving ministry forward from initial vision casting and fundraising through development to final implementation and execution. That will be key.
