Position Description… 

An AVL Wizard – The ideal candidate will be someone who knows their way around audio, video and lighting. They will have a creative approach to bringing what’s happening on the platform to life, and be able to speak into the broadcast and capture side as well.

A Proven Coach – The ideal candidate will be someone who has been doing it at a high level. They will have spent significant time on teams in a context of similar size and scope.

A Thoughtful Leader – The ideal candidate will be someone who makes decisions in a timely manner that reflects the vision and values of the organization. They will design clear courses of action and implement steps with measurable goals that move the team forward.

A Futuristic Thinker  – The ideal candidate will be someone who has their pulse on what's next in the world of production. They will have the ability to see outside of their own silo and speak in to the creative integration of the organization at large.
