A Gifted Vocalist – The ideal candidate will be someone who can really bring it. They will have a studio grade ability and be able to truly level up the musicality of the team.
A Proven Replicator – The ideal candidate will be someone who has a track record of developing teams both spiritually and musically. They will find immense fulfillment in coaching and mentoring a team of contractors and volunteers.
A Musical Guide – The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about guiding the team that helps people experience the presence of God in a dynamic worship environment. They will be able to lead the band effortlessly on the platform.
A Valued Partner – The ideal candidate will be someone who instinctively works well with others. They will be carriers of the vision and champion the worship expression across the organization.
