This next season is going to be extremely fun for the right gifted, creative leader at this dynamic, growing multi-site church in the greater Indianapolis Metropolitan Area. Indy is fire, from its compact and tourist-friendly downtown to its charming neighborhoods hiding an array of cool, hip restaurants, lively music and sports venues. The greater Indianapolis Metropolitan Area is the largest in Indiana with a little under 2 million residents. With midwest sensibilities, very affordable cost of living and the mild version of 4 full seasons, Indy is a vibe.

A Creative Beast – The ideal candidate will be someone thoroughly established in telling stories that can thrive in a digital-forward future. They will have an endless supply of creative ideas for elements, creative content and be able to develop and modify concepts to better fit the medium of delivery.

A Team Player – The ideal candidate will be someone gifted at collaborating with other filmmakers and creatives. They will have the natural ability to see a wide range of projects through to completion from conception.

A Gifted Maximizer – The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about leveraging storytelling and visual arts for life-changing impact. They will proudly produce compelling, high quality content being accessed by people all around the world.

A Steady Player – The ideal candidate will be someone that can hit deadlines and keep projects on budget. They will not be deathly afraid of project management systems and will have developed the personal processes it takes to push out good work on a consistent basis.

A Best Practices Ninja – The ideal candidate will be someone who has had high level experience and exposure. They will naturally listen to and learn from thought leaders and industry innovators.
