Position Description…

The next Production Director will be a key stakeholder in moving the Sunday experience forward.

The tools that the next Production Director will inherit are strong and in development. The style of the weekend experience and the organizational brand is welcoming, diverse and relatable to the community. There is a strong value in creating weekend experiences where God’s Word is taught in a way that is practical and relevant while the worship culture is engaging and authentic. The right next leader will need to be an established, winning player and coach. Someone integrated and experienced in the live production world from AVL design and integration, to weekend and event execution, to broadcast and prepackaged content.

Position Description 

An Executive Producer – The ideal candidate will be someone who sees the big picture clearly. They will have a deep understanding of the AVL systems, processes and personnel it takes to execute a consistently excellent weekend experience.

A Proven Coach – The ideal candidate will be someone who has been doing it at a high level. They will have spent time leading teams of production technicians in a context of similar size and scope.

A Thoughtful Leader – The ideal candidate will be someone who makes decisions in a timely manner that reflects the vision and values of the organization. They will design clear courses of action and implement steps with measurable goals that move the production team forward.

A Growing Creative – The ideal candidate will be someone who is deeply committed to learning and growing. They will identify as a life-long student of their craft, leadership development and faith.

A Futuristic Thinker  – The ideal candidate will be someone who has their pulse on what's next in the world of production. They will have the ability to see outside of their own silo and speak in to the global creative department integration of the organization at large.
