Children’s Pastor
This role provides direct oversight to the Directional Team (Adult Ministry, Next Gen, Outreach, and Creative), ensuring alignment with church-wide goals and fostering a thriving staff culture. This role functions as a strategic partner alongside the Lead Pastor and the Executive Pastor of Strategic Advancement.
The ExecutivePastor of Leadership & Ministry also serves as a key liaison to Human Resources and a representative for replication and leadership development initiatives.

A Strategic Developer – The ideal candidate will be someone who sees the big picture clearly. They will have a deep understanding of the systems and programs it takes to sustain a world class Childrens Ministry.
A Ministry Savant – The ideal candidate will be someone who has been doing it at a high level. They will have spent time leading in a context of similar size and scope.
A Church Sponge – The ideal candidate will be someone who has their pulse on what’s working in Church today. They will also have a tendency to think outside of the box and approach ministry in a way that resonates with the world we live in.
A Collaborative Leader – The ideal candidate will be someone who makes decisions in a timely manner that reflects the vision and values of the organization. They will bring perspective and experience that brings clarity and insight to the rest of the Team.
A Leader’s Pastor – The ideal candidate will be someone who is a steady team manager and proven mentor to other staff and ministry leaders. They will have the ability to pull the most out of their personnel while also creating an environment that builds consensus, symmetry and integration across the team.
