The Director of Worship will lead the team that executes the weekend worship services.
The right candidate will already be a proven leader in all things worship and creative, while also having the experience and leadership to push the organization to the next level. They’ll enjoy a strong working relationship with the Lead Pastor, Jeremey King and the Leadership Team, at large. The right candidate will be someone who can lead and pastor the worship culture at a high-level, and also be someone who finds great joy in raising up and mentoring others.

A Spiritual Guide – The ideal candidate will be someone who is passionate about helping people experience the presence of God in a dynamic worship environment. They will be able to lead people into God’s presence in dynamic and creative ways.
A Proven Replicator – The ideal candidate will be someone who has a track record of developing teams both spiritually and musically. They will find immense fulfillment in pastoring and mentoring their team of staff, contractors and volunteers.
A Strong Musician – The ideal candidate for this position will bring a very high level of competency in their craft. They will be able to articulate and communicate well with each section of the band.
An Intentional Producer – The ideal candidate will be someone who understands how vibrant, Christ-centered worship connects with both believers and the spiritually curious. They will strive to make worship experiences accessible to people from all backgrounds.
A Valued Partner – The ideal candidate will be someone who instinctively works well with others. They will be carriers of the vision of the organization and champion the worship expression across the organization.
