Student Pastor

Who we’re looking for…

A Growing Communicator – Someone who is developing as a communicator. They will have an identifiable teaching gift and be able to move their audience towards response and action.

A Strategic Leader – Someone who sees the big picture clearly. They will have a deep understanding of the systems and programs it takes to build a world class Student Ministry.

A Cultural Translator – Someone who has their pulse on what’s working in Church today. They will translate timeless truths into programs that resonate with students today. Without chasing every trend.

A Leader’s Pastor – Someone who is a steady and proven mentor to students, other staff and ministry leaders. They will have the ability to pull the most out of their people while also creating an environment that builds consensus and movement across the team.
