A Growing Communicator – The ideal candidate will be someone who is developing as a communicator. They will have an identifiable teaching gift and be able to move their audience towards response and action.

A Strategic Leader – The ideal candidate will be someone who sees the big picture clearly. They will have a deep understanding of the systems and programs it takes to build a world class Student Ministry.

A Church Sponge – The ideal candidate will be someone who has their pulse on what’s working in Church today. They will also have a tendency to think outside of the box and approach ministry in a way that resonates with the world we live in.

A Leader’s Pastor – The ideal candidate will be someone who is a steady and proven mentor to other staff and ministry leaders. They will have the ability to pull the most out of their personnel while also creating an environment that builds consensus and movement across the team.
